Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer free shipping on all orders over NOK 2,000. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Norway: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- Rest of the world (including Asia): 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other delays outside our control.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
